Happy National Spicy Hermit Day!!!
Hey Everyone! Guess who it is? Didja miss me? You did, didn't you? You craved me. Once you go Schumie, no never go back. Well, you go on your back. Or, Nyang does, at least, if you know what I mean. See, having me is totally worth the super long wait you guys have gone through, right? Right?
ANYWHO, today is National Spicy Hermit Day. Apparently a "spicy hermit" is not some sexpot homeless person in a park, but a type of cookie with raisins and nuts. Unfortunately, I have no cookies for you today. Nor raisins. But I do have nuts. Translation: Chapter 5 of Otona Keikenchi (woohoo), so take a big bite outta that one. Melts in your mouth, and in your hands. We had a guest cleaner for this chapter, Zila, so thanks to her, the sexy sexpot.
So! I hope you enjoy the chapter, and sorry for the long wait. I'm usually much faster than this (er, not like that. I swear. Ask Nyang.)

to Lien-Hua: I actually never heard about this before, and I'm not sure how to proceed from here. I'll have to discuss it with Yavannah from aarin and see what she thinks--generally they're pretty strict about following rules.
We have already started on volume 2 though, so if it works out we should be releasing it soon.

I think it's very clear that DMP licensed only the first volume and they usually have trouble continuing a series that has more than one books. Even if they decide to officially pick up the second volume as well, the announcement will come one or two years from now, I'm sure. I happen to be one of the people who always buys the English version of the books I like (and will of course buy Seven Days as well), but I think it will be very unfair and disappointing if the series is never completed by you. There are people who might never be able to see the end of it, if they can't buy the books, and those who can might have to wait years before the company prints the 2nd volume..!
Still, I will respect your decision, whichever it may be.

I'm afraid so. We were going to announce it during the upcoming release. Aarin's made it clear that it simply would not be appropriate for them to continue scanlating it if a publishing company has expressed interest in it, particularly as they appear to affiliated with quite a few of them.
We considered continuing the project on our own, but they own the scans and did all the cleaning--in short, it would be a huge hassle for us to pick up where we left it off in the joint, and it wouldn't be right for us to ask them for scans when they do not condone distributing it. We do plan on leaving volume one up for download for a while longer (we will announce it when we plan on taking them down).
As far as I know, a third group has also begun doing the second volume, without discussing it with either us or Aarin, so that's an option for you if you are desperate to continue reading it.
As always, thank you for your support, and I hope you'll support volume 1 when it eventually makes its way to stores.
